Safe online shopping

To place an online order it is necesarry that you know some things. You can be assured, however, that these are strictly confidential and that the Gepro Box systems are completely safe. Your data can only be viewed by Gepro Box.

The payment process for an order consists of four steps that you should follow:

1. First and foremost you have to enter some personal details. These are necessary for a correct handling of both the delivery and the payment of the order.

2. Then you can indicate where you want the delivery to take place. A home address or work address are among the possibilities. After you have entered this information, you will receive an overview of the order, the price and the delivery address.

3. When all details are correct, you can pay via Direct e-banking, Mister Cash, Paypal, credit card or iDEAL. This is always done via a secure link so that you can make the payment in full confidence.

4. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email so that you can be sure that the payment has been made correctly.


Pay via Direct e-banking

Direct e-banking is the direct payment method of Payment Network AG, also known as Sofort Banking. With sofortbanking you can easily make a transfer for the relevant amount through your online banking during the order. After Completion Gepro Box receives a real-time confirmation of sofortbanking / direct e-banking. In this way Gepro Box can send warehouse goods and digital products directly - you will receive your purchases faster.

Sofortbanking meets the high security standards of online banking and has a TÜV-tested protection of personal data. You do not have to register and you do not need a credit card. You pay easily, safely and quickly directly via your online bank account.


Pay through MisterCash

The payment method MisterCash, also called Bancontact / MisterCash, has been developed by the Belgian banks in cooperation with Atos Worldline. It is a similar system as Maestro. The MisterCash payment cards which are suitable for online payments are provided with the 3D Secure protocol. This means that an additional verification step must be taken to authorize the payment. This reduces the chance of fraud. 


Pay through Paypal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows companies and consumers to send and receive payments using an email address. This system is also called an 'e-wallet'. This virtual wallet can be filled in different ways. The credit can be used to make online payments.

PayPal has the advantage that millions of people are registered. The chances are that your customer already has a PayPal account. A second advantage is that a credit can be deposited with PayPal in many different ways. This can be done with local payment methods such as iDEAL and Mister Cash, but also with Credit Card.


Pay through iDeal


An option to pay is a payment via iDEAL. iDEAL works like internet banking with your own bank. To use iDEAL it is sufficient to indicate this as payment method. It is of course essential that your bank is connected to iDEAL to make it possible to use it.

You will be redirected to a secure link where you can indicate via which bank you want to pay. From there you will end up in the trusted payment system of your bank. All details of the purchase have already been completed for you. All you have to do is approve and execute the payment.

After this you will receive a confirmation from your bank and then you will be automatically returned to the Gepro Box website.


What is iDeal?

iDEAL is a payment method that allows you to pay online in a secure way via your own bank. The bottom line is that you are going to pin on the internet. But there are a few extra benefits attached to it. This way, all data is already filled in for you and you only have to confirm the payment. Because you pay within the familiar banking environment, you also know with certainty that all safety measures have been met.


Banks working with iDEAL

At this moment it is not yet possible to pay with every bank through iDEAL. Numerous banks are already connected and a lot of other show interest, but it still remains to guess when they will also connect effectively. At this moment you can already pay via iDEAL if you use one of the following banks:

ABN Amro (including former Fortis Bank customers), Rabobank, Friesland Bank, ING Bank (including former Postbank customers), Van Lanschot Bankiers, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Triodos Bank and ASN Bank.

If your bank is not in this list, it does not have to be a problem to order at Gepro Box. You can always choose to pay by credit card instead of using iDEAL. And perhaps your bank will also join in the future. 


Pay via Credit Card   

A payment with credit card is also possible at Gepro Box. To do this, follow these steps:

You indicate that you wish to pay by credit card on the payment page and indicate the type of credit card that you wish to use.

Then fill in the number of the credit card, the expiry date and the cvc code. The latter is a security code that you will find on the back of the credit card. You will receive a confirmation when the payment has been approved and will automatically be returned to the Gepro Box website.

The payment will be debited with a delay of the credit card. This means that the amount is deducted only after three days. Often you have already received the order at that time. 


Pay via Cash on Delivery

If you opt for Cash on Delivery, you will pay your order in cash at the time of delivery. You pay the purchase price plus the Cash on Delivery costs directly to the driver of the delivery service at the moment you receive the order. 


Undo payment

You can not reverse a payment via iDEAL or credit card once you have confirmed them. As long as the confirmation has not taken place, you can always decide to cancel the purchase, but afterwards it is no longer possible. Of course you have the possibility to not accept or return the package. At that time, Gepro Box will refund the full amount of the order. But a cancellation of the payment is not an option.


Has my order been successful

Of course you want to be sure that the payment has been made when you place an order. Both with a payment by credit card and iDEAL you will receive a payment confirmation as soon as the payment has been made. You can consider this confirmation as proof that the payment has been successful. You can also make a print out of it, so that you can easily find all the specifications of the payment afterwards. If you pay via iDEAL, you will also find the transfer with the payment statements from the bank. When using a credit card it will take several days for the payment to be visible in the extracts. 


Payment does not work

Although it does not occur at all, it can always happen that it fails to complete a payment. Often the cause lies with iDEAL, the bank or the credit card company. For example, they can temporarily perform maintenance on their website or payment systems, making payments temporarily impossible. In principle, it is sufficient to carry out the payment at a later date. Once the work is done, you will not experience any problems and otherwise you can always contact Gepro Box.

However, if you have repeatedly tried to pay and continue to experience problems, you can always send an e-mail to the Gepro Box customer service. They will then check for you where the problem is and what solutions there are. So you can still place the order.

If you have missed a discount because the payment could not be made, you can also report this to the customer service. They then ensure that you receive the discount after all.
